Kingdom. Does anyone know  a good value and reliable fulfilment house
that I can use?

Are you looking for a company that sells DVDs wholesale so you can buy
and on-sell them, or are you looking for a company that takes and
ships orders when you already have the stock you want to sell? I have
found plenty of the latter, and will post these as the answer if they
are what you require.
