Hi there,

Under the Texas Public Information Act (Texas Government Code
Annotated Section 552.001 et.seq) you may request copies of court
records and evidence by filing a form with the County District Clerk's
Office.

For Harris County (where Mrs. Yates was tried and convicted), you need
to file the form here:

Open Records Request
http://www.hcdistrictclerk.com/Open_Record/Open_Record.asp

Hope this helps.

Hi,

The crime scene photos were released to the media in June (on the 14th
or just before), but they don't seem to be available on the net - this
is probably because of the particularly distasteful nature of the
crime.
