yoga for free. I am specifically interested in the following styles of
yoga:

1) BKS Iyengar
2) Hatha yoga
3) Kriya yoga

Also if you could tell me if there are any classes or centres which
teach the study of the different energy centres in the human body with
the help of meditation in or around the Chicago downtown area of zip

Vipassana meditation is another form of meditation I would like to
have more information about in terms of the centres teaching it.
