I am going to launch a new web service which targets independent web
designers and individuals who has HTML skills but lack of server side
programming skill. But those people has the needs to display database
data dynamically on the web. Could you pls advise me what are the best
marketing methods to approach them?

I could budget at most US$200 a month for marketing needs. Providing
detail steps for marketing is greatly appreciated.

I for one would be a potential consumer of this type of service. I
develop web sites with HTML and Javascript, but don't know server-side
programming well enough, nor how to set up and configure web servers
to intereface with databases, so I would utilize this service.

I will answer this question tonight if it hasn't been answered by
