This is the official site, and lists all licensed physical therapists
in Florida:

Florida Dept. of Health
Health Licensee and Continuing Education Providers Information
http://www.doh.state.fl.us/IRM00PRAES/PRASLIST.ASP

Select "physical therapists" as the profession, and select whichever
county you want the results for. By not entering a name you will get
the complete list.


Search strategy:
Went straight to Search Systems - a large directory of public records
databases
