How do you/Is it possible to track tasks, appointments, contacts
etc... that are contained in multiple users' inboxes but related to a
contact contained in a public folder. MS Outlook allows you to place
a contact name on an appointment, task, email, or contact item in a
field named 'Contacts'. Doing this allows you to track everything
that is done regarding that contact under the 'Activities' tab on the
Contact form. However I need to track these items for multiple users
in a company and then be able to display a unified history of all
contact made with a given person contained in a public folder.
