I have found a copy of this book offered on a Swiss web site. I have
written the proprietor to ask for details about how to purchase this
book and the price.

If the book is still available, it can be shipped only outside
southern Africa. In which country do you live?

Is there a maximum price beyond which you are not willing to pay?
(The price will presumably include shipping costs if you are outside
Switzerland.)

Hello Joe-

A full search of US booksellers yielded no copy of your book.
I then moved to South African sources. There I found one copy for
sale by
Clarke's rare book sellers in Constantia. (Member of Antiquarian
Booksellers Association)
Their asking price is $130.00 / £90.00

You can order from their website at
http://www.clarkes.co.za/

According to their website "All books are first editions in good
(v.g./fine) condition, published in London, in the original cloth and
are 8vo in size, unless otherwise stated."

This is obviously a rare book. I'm happy to have been able to find it
for you.
