Hi ebie,

In what city, county and state did your father pass away?  Do you know
if his will was filed with the courts there, or was he buried
elsewhere?

Wills are usually kept on file with the Clerk of Courts.  If you can
give me the above information, I can track down the correct address
and phone numbers for you.

Hello Ebie,

I spoke with Jill at the San Diego County Superior Court Probate
Services Department today, to find out how you can obtain a copy of
your father's will.

You need to send $5 and a self-addressed, stamped envelope, along with
your father's full name and a note requesting a copy of his will to:

San Diego Superior Court
1409 4th Ave.
San Diego, CA 92101

The telephone number for Probate Services is 619-236-3781.

thank you for helping out a novice, I have anguished over this long
enough.  I was completely cut out of his will, (my siblings say), but
I have never seen it for myself. To the day I die I'll always wonder
why he did it to me.
