I have worked for a county agency in the Los Angeles, California area
for over 12 years.  I am one of several employees who have filed and
won workers comp settlements.  In a facility which employes about one
hundred people there are about one dozen employees who have serious
greivances including being forced out of employment over a 12 year
period.  How can we fight back collectively to get some compensation
and to prevent the continuation of further abuses and inequities in
the workplace.

Where can you fight back about the 'big guys' doing the wrong thing? Join the union!
