In 1939, the "Mind Building Institute" produced a booklet, with Craig
Earl on the cover, entitled "The Original Professor Quiz Radio Game".
A web page on radio game show home games describes it as follows:
"A large booklet featuring 600 questions and answers as well as
articles with background on the show and its key figures (Earl,
announcer Bob Trout, even Earl's wife 'Mrs. Quiz'). The booklet and a
spinner called the 'Duo-Dial Selector' were mailed to listeners as
part of a promotion, but do not appear to be tied to an advertiser.
The pretentious sounding 'Institute' appears to be entirely the good
Professor's invention."

I assume that this source will serve your purposes. I would be happy
to compile a list of books or web sites on old-time radio game shows,
with any tidbits on Professor Quiz that might appear, as a supplement
to this answer.
I will be away for several days, but will check in occasionally; if
you need a clarification as an emergency, I will do the best I can.
