I'm looking for a place that I can buy a "Bruce Lee" yellow jump suit
for halloween. it's a brite yellow jump suit with black trim along the
side...

I have found one place (http://www.tdrinc.com/athletic.html) that has
a jump suit that looks like it but it was $200... seeing how i'm most
likey to ware it once i was looking for a cheeper solution from a
costume shop or the like.

Are you set on a yellow jumpsuit with the black trim? If so, I'm
afraid I haven't been able to find anything else for you. However,
there are many suist in other colours/designs (i.e. without the black
trim) that are cheaper than $200.

jumpsuits are found in industrial, correctional and safety clothing. 
Just use paint, tape or iron-on fabric for the stripe.
