The English football team Arsenal has a song that goes:
"Wenger is f-n magic, he wears a magic hat, and when he saw the
double, he said 'I'll take that'"

Arsene Wenger is the current coach of the team.  There are variations
of the song that include the player Dennis Bergkamp and former coach
George Graham.

My question is, what is the origin of the "magic hat" in the song?  It
appears to be specific to this team.
