I am trying to start up my own business.  The business, with a lack of
a better term, would be involving junk removal.  That is, hauling junk
to the local dump and/or recycling center.  My question is what
special grant/s would I be eligible for in New Windsor, NY, with the
State of New York, or the Federal government, since this is an
"eco-friendly" business startup???  Please only answer if you know of
grants that are available.
