Where can I find stockists of coloured safety pins in the UK

Request for Question Clarification by pinkfreud-ga on 18 Sep 2002 13:27 PDT
Do you require any particular size of coloured safety pins?

Approximately what quantity will you be needing?

Does the supplier have to be located in the UK, or would a source that
is willing to ship to the UK be acceptable?

Hi sueb,

I have located a UK stockist of gold, silver and black safety pins.
Would this meet your requirements?

I would like to find what colours and sizes are available. Minimum
quantity of 500 in a colour or size. Use is for bracelets. Stockists
prepared to ship in these quantities would be fine.

Hi There,

You can buy gold, silver and black safety pins from

http://www.craftkitsuk.com/accessor.htm

Black or Silver are priced at 1.05 for 75, while Gold are 1.26 for
75.

***

You can get a kit containing multi-coloured safety pins and a variety
of beads from

http://www.eswak.com/viewprod.asp?prodid=1282

The cost of the kit is $14 US

***

http://www.kinderart.com/crafts/friendpin.shtml

has two kits which contain a variety of coloured safety pins, the
'friendship pin kit' and the 'tutti-frutti safety pin bracelet kit'

***

I have not, however, been able to find coloured safety pins for sale
on their own.

If you require further clarification or research, please ask :)

search strategy '+coloured +safety +pins' and '+colored +safety +pins'
in Google search engine. Colored spelt without the 'u' returned the
most hits.
