First, to anyone who does not know, a "wuzzle" is a word puzzle
similar to these brainteasers:
MAN
_____
BOARD
(Man overboard)
********************************
T
O
U
C
H
(Touchdown)
********************************
0
______________
B.A. M.D. Ph.D
(Three degrees below zero)
********************************
My solution to the wuzzle "The SaNd" is "Letter in the Sand" (Letter
'N', the sand.) If this answer is not satisfactory, please ask for
clarification before rating my answer.

Almost every wuzzle that I've seen is a relatively common phrase, such
as the examples you gave. I've never heard the phrase "Letter in the
sand". Does it simply mean what it says? I'm not saying your wrong
by any means but I guess I'm a little skeptical.

I was thinking primarily of the common kindergarten game called
"Letter in the Sand," which is used in teaching the alphabet to
youngsters. Here's a description of the game:

Another possibility is "head in the sand," since the letters in "The
SaNd" that are not capitalized spell the word "head."
I've seen quite a few wuzzles that could be interpreted in several
different ways. That's part of the fun of this kind of brainteaser.

Here is a very similar puzzle (linked below) and its answer:
tHE sAnD
The solution given, lower on the page, is "Head in the sand."
In this version, the word "HEAD" is formed by the capitalized letters
in the phrase, while in your version it is the lowercase letters that
spell "head," but it seems to be essentially the same puzzle.
