I am planning a Pita restaurant. I need to know a supplier of pre-cook
chicken meat and pre-cooked steak that we can heat up in a microwave.
Also, what is the best cooking technology out there to heat pre-cooked
meats?

Try www.kronosproducts.com , though I imagine you probably already
have if you are seriously looking into this type of restaurant.  All
of the gyro-type restaurants I have visited in the Chicagoland area
(and for that matter, anywhere) use this company's products.  Good
