Mr. Musgrove is about 70 years old and lives in England. 

Musgrove resigned last year as Chairman of the Heartlands & Solihull
NHS Trust a position he had held since December 1994. Previously he
was Chairman of the West Midlands Ambulance Service from 1992-94.

Mr Musgrove is a member of the Board of Directors of Metalrax plc, one
of the Midlands strongest manufacturing companies. He was one of the
prime movers in establishing the Austin Rover company at a working profit
level in his role as Chairman and Chief Executive.

He was elected Midlander of the Year in 1981. He won the Gold Medal
from the British Institute of Engineers for the Most Outstanding Production
Engineer in 1982. He was awarded the Winston Churchill Gold Medal from the
Association of Civil and Mechanical Engineers.

In the past Mr. Musgrove studied at Harvard University in Senior
Management Business Administration; he is also a former President of the
Birmingham Chamber of Commerce and Industry in 1987.

Mr. Musgrove is married with two sons and two daughters. He and his
wife Jackie live in the Cotswolds near the village of Broadway. His outside
interests include golf, soccer and farming.

I need to contact Mr Musgrove on a business matter, and I much prefer to do
it only at his business office. I need his current office address,

I have spoken with the secretary of the board of directors at
Metalrax, who has informed me that the correct proceedure in order to
contact one of their directors is as follows;

Write to

Their telephone number is 0121 433 3444 and their fax number is 0121
433 3325.

As far as they are aware, he no longer works for any other companies.
They confirm that if you right to the chairman as per the above, he
will screen the correspondence and pass it on to Mr Musgrove "at his
discretion". Obviously, the chairman is there to protect the board of
directors from unsolicited junk mail, so this is the only way that you
will be able to contact Mr Musgrove.
