Question ID: 67261
I want to know the names of people/lawyers who have successfully sued
Phillips Academy (or the Trustees of Phillips Academy), a school
located in Andover, MA, within the last 5 years. I would also like to
know the names of people who have successfully sued Phillips Exeter
Academy (or the
Trustees of Phillips Exeter Academy), a school located in Exeter, NH,
also within the last five years.

I am NOT looking for small claims (under $7500). I am looking for
former/current students or their parents who have sued these schools
in the last five years, either in federal or state court.

Note by "successfully" sued I am looking for a case that has been won.
I am not interested in the Nicholas Panagopolous case against
Trustees of Phillips Academy.

I also looked on Lexis-Nexis and found what you did. However, I am
almost 99% certain that there have been other cases, and I am not sure
why they would not show up on Lexis-Nexis.

Searching Lexis-Nexis, I can see that many suits were brought against
these two schools, but most of them were made before 1950. The only
record of a case within 5 years was the Nicholas Panagopolous case.
