I have found two small photos showing President and Mrs. Hoover
sitting outdoors, with Weejie between them. Unfortunately, these
photos are neither large nor highly detailed. Will links to these
photos be suitable to your needs?

I have found several photos of President and Mrs. Hoover with their
elkhound (whose name is spelled "Weejie" on some sites, and "Weegie"
on other sites.) Unfortunately, some of these photos are rather
indistinct; they are digitized versions from scans of very old
photographs, and are lacking in detail.

Here is the 1932 Christmas card that you mentioned. It features two
photographs from the White House, showing President Hoover in the Rose
Garden and Mrs. Hoover, with dogs Weejie and Pat, at the end of the
Spanish reflection pool.
