I am looking for a table of all members of the U.S. Congress (Reps and
Senators) along with their years in office, political party, state
(senators) and district if not 'at large' (reps).  Information such as
which congress the member served in (eg 107th) would be very helpful. 
I would like the data in some format that would be easily put into a
database.  I've found all this data before, but in a horrible format
which is unparseable by scripts.

This one is interesting to me; I have emails in to a couple of
government agencies that may be able to help. I'll post what I get as
an answer if its pertinent, or as a comment if it's not.
