Federal employees (U.S. Government/Civil Service) transfered to a new
job at a different location, leave their existing house (still making
the mortgage payment), and incure new rents/mortgages at a new
location.  When the old house does not sell within a finite (90
days???) period of time.  The Federal Government has a program that
buys the old house.  How does one find out the who/what/when/where &
why's of this type of sale?
