Looking for a program that I previously had that made the desktop
icons background transparent so that your icons appeared on top of you
desktop without the surronding block.

The answers to a couple of questions will be very helpful -

1. What operating system are you using? (such as Windows 98, Windows
XP, Windows 2000, etc.)

2. There are several programs that will make the text block of icons
transparent. Do you require exactly the same program that you used to
have? If so, can you give more details so that we can distinguish the
one you want from similar programs?
