OK, I'll give this  try.  I have a painting.  It is a very unique
piece done by an artist named Dotvi or possibly Dotyi.  The picture is
of a horse and hiding behind the horse in profile is a gypsy woman -
hands gently outstretched, one on the horses mane and one on his face.
 She is wearing a bright yellow dress with a red scarf on her head. 
The weird part is her clothes actually look like real silk and sequins
that have been somehow applied to the paint.  I realize this is a tall
order - if you can, I'd just like to know something about this picture
and the artist.  Thank you, Heather
