I need help with my research. I need it by 10/3/02. One page or a page and half is good. Listed below are several statements related to research outcomes from the field of Child Development. For each statement answer the questions below it. Statements a. Fathers and mothers interact differently with their children, with fathers generally displaying more physical interaction in their play styles than mothers do. 1) Would an experimental or a naturalistic observation research design be better for obtaining this research outcome? Explain why. 2) Could this be explored with a cross sectional design or would you need to do a longitudinal study? Explain why you think either a cross sectional design would be sufficient or why you think a longitudinal design would be necessary. b. Preschool aged children generally have a memory span of 3 to 4 items while middle childhood aged children generally have a memory span of 7 items. 1) Would an experimental or survey research design be better for obtaining this research outcome? Explain why. 2) Could this be explored with a cross sectional design or would you need to do a longitudinal study?
