You need to know the city and state where the death occurred, and also the month and year that the death occurred. Call or write or visit the county courthouse for that city so that the probate clerk can check the index to see if a last will and testament is on file for the deceased individual. If a file is there, you can examine the file to get a copy of the will and look at all of the other papers in the file that show how the estate was handled and divided and distributed. If you were named as a beneficiary and didn't receive anything, then you will need to consult a lawyer to get advice on how to file a claim to get your money. 4keith-ga |

As far as I know, no one has been nominated for the "Smartest Man in America" position (although you should consider going for the position!) Most theologians and philosophers of religion believe that while certain things can be taken as "evidence" of God's existence, ultimately it comes down to faith. Good luck finding your money. |
