If this was an American base, chances of getting this information is
slim. Most of this type of information is classified and sealed. Some
lesser infractions may become declassified over time, but major
security incidents are usually not downgraded to lower security
classifications. Some incidents are downgraded through various levels,
with years between each downgrade till eventually it MAY be
declassified.
