I am interested in customer conversion rate.  Generally speaking, this
would be the percentage of visitors to a site who complete a purchase
within that visit.  Other useful variants include the percent of
visitors who perform a product or pricing search and then complete a
purchase.

Gross and net converion rates (net of cancellations and/or returns)
would be even more valuable.  Possible sources of information include
company filings, research reports, and media articles.
