I'm impressed with your research but I don't understand what I have to

These are just listings of individual libraries that own the material.
 How do you get them?  Well, that depends where you live.  This
information is from the WorldCat catalog which is a catalog of most of
the libraries from around the U.S.
  
If you live in the U.S. and your "home" library is listed then it is
pretty straightforward, go there and check it out.  If your "home"
library is not listed you may be able to obtain the material through
Interlibrary Loan.  The original request must be originated through
your "home" library, in other words the library to which you belong
because of where you live or where you pay taxes.  If you are not in
the U.S. then it depends on the country you live.  I know some
libraries are willing to ship overseas but it depends on the
individual library.  Check with the librarian for more info on that.

Another option is to contact the library that owns the item and see if
they can make other arrangements i.e. photocopying.  Sometimes they
may be willing to do it for you and fax or mail it to you.  In rare
cases they may even be willing to sell it to you although libraries
are rarely in the selling business.
