Hello,
Canada does not have an exact equivalent of the WSJ. It used to have a
daily financial paper called the Financial Post, but in 1998 it was
merged into the new National Post. The National Post is probably the
closest thing to the WSJ north of the border. Like the WSJ, it has
lots of information about business and finance and a conservative
op-ed page. Unlike the WSJ, the National Post has a full section of
national and international general news, plus sports and entertainment
sections.
The National Post's phone number is (416) 383-2300. (1)
Canada's other national newspaper is the Globe & Mail. It is probably
the most prestigious newspaper in the country; in recent years, it has
won the most National Newspaper Awards (2).
You can reach the Globe and Mail at (416) 585-5000 (3).
Some people in Canada read the Wall Street Journal itself.
I hope this answer meets your needs. If it does not, please request
clarification.
