what state are u in ? usualy u can request a record form the state motor bureu for something like $5 listing all owners |

and are u sure that VIN is correct ? VINs are usually 17 characters yours has 16 |

Carfax reports that a vehicle with that VIN has been reported stolen. To quote the carfax site: "CARFAX strongly recommends you submit this VIN to NICB for additional verification by calling its Vehicle Alert Desk at 1-800-447-6282 and pressing option 2 or by completing the NICB web form." |

to:nauster-ga I call that number but they were unable to help me. I found the owner and he probably doesn't know that its stolen. I will try to make further inquieries before I get my feet wet. Thanks for the advice. |
