I have a relative that lives in the 300 block of East 64th, New York,
New York, zip code 10021.  She would like to see the Fox News Channel.
 Can you tell me what channel she will find it on on her dial?  She is
quite elderly and cannot figure out how to get through to anyone who
can help her.

There they have a channel finder on the left called Find Fox News.

I entered 10021 and found the following:

Although Fox Network is broadcast as a local station on channel 5, Fox
News is only available in this location with one of the above cable
subscriptions.
