The text of Gore's speech is available from the Commonwealth Club of California: http://www.commonwealthclub.org/archive/02/02-09gore-speech.html It's also available from USA Today: http://www.usatoday.com/news/nation/2002-09-23-gore-text_x.htm The texts above do not include the Q&A. However, a video that does include the Q&A is available for download from Cspan.org. http://www.cspan.org/iraq/ The link is in the list of "recent programs." The question period starts about 46 minutes into the video.
