What are the software vendors that focus on marketing management
software for small and medium-sized businesses?

I'm looking for a software package that will help me manage marketing
activities in especial marketing campaigns. I need to be able to
assign tasks within a campaign and track their progress, estimate
budget and monitor all marketing activities going on.

Although there are several CRM applications out there, I want to avoid
the big names in ERP/CRM (SAP, Peoplesoft, Siebel...) because they are
very expensive and have fancy features that I will never use. I also
don't need any sales automation, call center or web content
functionality that usually come with these kind of bundled
application. I know of Marketing Central and Marketing Pilot, two
software packages that have what I need but would like to know who
else is out there.

A good answer will likely have:
