Is there any tool (Radio Netowrk Planning Tools)which can simulate the
UMTS(3G) radio network.

It must be modified its source code, 

PS:GUI, Windows Version.

Hi,
  yes there's one UMTS simulator for windows 2000/xp with GUI, and
it's the only one. It's OPNET modeler, I'm working with it...
You must have a licence for Modeler Runtime and for UMTS module.
If it's for educational or research purposes you can have it free,
just send email to them (the website is : www.opnet.com, you find all
the informations)
If it's for commercial use, you must buy the licences...
