Hi,
I remember there being a 1980s tv show that featured a guy (action
hero)that had a really cool motorcycle that lit up and went really
fast. it
was a knight rider type show. Do you know what it was and where I can
find pictures on it? It would also be great if you found some
sportbike pictures that used lights in this fashion.

Hello

The TV show, was "Street Hawk".

By far the best web site is http://streethawk.tvheaven.com which has
numerous pictures of the bike that "Jessie Mach" rode in the series.
The reason it went really fast is he had a turbo button which made him
accellerate at an extortionate rate. It looked really funny as they
just usecd to do a close up of his helmet with the road reflected in
it with the camera speeded up.

The bike was actually a Honda XL 500 in the pilot episode and an XR
500 in the series with Honda XCR 250 used in the stunts scenes.
Obviously they made body kits to make it look all flash and
futuristic.

Another site dedicated to Street Hawk is
http://www.fortunecity.com/lavendar/douglas/277/sh.html

There are loads of pictures on these sites of the bikes and links to
other enthusiast sites.

Hope this helps
