I need a cell phone that uses prepaid minutes.  Criteria: (1)
reception thruout USA, (2) excellent reliabiltiy is essential, (3) low
total cost, i.e cost of phone plus minutes, (4) company will deliver
phone to me in Texas (5) prepaid minutes  are good for 45 days or more
 from date of activation of minutes, (6) ease of use, (7) no long-term
contract, (8) I do not necessarily want the absolutely lowest cost
phone.  [The answer to this question should contain 2-3 of the
researcher's own recommendations, as well as the websites used.  Just
giving me some websites, with the latter's  recommendations will not
constitute an acceptable answer to this question.]
