My friend drove a car and hit a telephone pole. No one get hurt but
the car damaged. Since my friend has just a learner permit and I am
the one have driver license. I just got my driver license last month,
which is within the six months probation period. Do I have any
obligation for this accident? Will there be any record left in my
driving report? Or will this affect my car insurance fee? And does my
friend, who has just learner permit, have any obligation?
