I'm interested in finding a company that can help me modify graphics
and create specifications for watch packaging. The package needs to be
clear plastic and be produced in China (since that is where the
watches will be manufactured/assembled). I have tight rendered
graphics and need someone to help me create the package specs, find a
supplier and oversee production.

Although there are companies in China who can perform the tasks you
ask, I have found that working through Hong Kong with graphics and
quick changes is valuable.  You may wish to consider a company such as
the one in the link shown below.  You can usually structure an
agreement for as much or as little as you want with a service company
such as this one.

As you may know, extensive catalogs of products are available in any
interenational fair in Hong Kong or on the mainland.  The catalog
available from the web site link above can allow you to drill down to
contacts for watches.  Most of these companies will do custom work in
addition to their standard line.

down in the menu to get to the actual manufacturing companies where
contact information is available.

Trade fairs offer opportunities to make contact with suppliers and
negotiate price, contract quantities, and quality standards.  The
