Dear touristtogermany,

Even though it might be a dissapointment for you, I must tell you that
the red light district of Solingen is neither located near the railway
station, nor anywhere else in the town, because it does not exist at
all. Solingen is a very provincial community, despite its some 166,000
inhabitants. An amusement district, like the famous Reeperbahn area in
Hamburg, has never developed.
Also, there are not many red light establishments or other venues for
erotic entertainment in Solingen. To be exact, I found references for
only two clubs for certain purposes during my extensive search, both
of them rather far off the city center. Please understand that I am
not allowed to provide you addresses of these establishments, since it
would be a violation of the Google Answers Terms of Service.
In case you are searching for a wider supply certain kinds of
amusement during your stay in Solingen, my advice for you is to drive
to the nearby city of Düsseldorf (less than half an hour via Autobahn,
bus or railway) , which is considerably bigger and has a red light
district, known as Vulkanstraße (located very coveniantly 100 meters
from the central railway station and close to a large parking
facility). Use this Düsseldorf city map for orientation:
