I have found two reports offering this information (US): one report
sells for $2000 and the other sells for $4000. I am assuming that you
are not interested in paying this kind of money.

What type of a source would you accept, and must the numbers be broken
out into the categories of local, long distance and email?

I need this information for the US.
Yes the numbers must be broken down to at least telephony and data.
Any quoteable reference that is reliable would be good.
