Dear Leon:
There is a "Escuela de Arquitectura Técnica" at the Universitat de
Girona, the entire website is in catalán, but I can give you a list of
teachers, sorted by assigneture with the e-mails in the university.
Will that be accepted as an answer?

Dear Leon,
Yes, as livioflores said, there's a school of Arquitecture. 
I came across the human resources site, with job callings for academic
positions. There's also a standard application form.
Everything is written in Catalan, though.
Would you be interested? If you can read Spanish, I think you might
understand  basic information in Catalan, such as an application form.
What do you think?

Response to my question was everything I needed but was unable to
locate.  I wished it was in English, not Catalan but that was not the
fault of the researcher(s) who were smart and understanding.
