MS Internet Explorer (6.0) is downloading and saving files without a dialog
window, as the first time I used it, I asked not to remind me about it
anymore.

How can I revert this, so that I'll be asked every time where I want
to save a file?

Hi there, bartybel.

It turns out that your problem is fairly easy to remedy - but
Microsoft don't make the solution easy to find! Here's how to switch
back on the confirmation dialog:

* Run Windows Explorer (not Internet Explorer)
* Click on the Tools Menu
* Click on Folder Options
* Click on the File Types tab
* Look for the file types which are misbehaving - MP3, or ZIP, or DOC,
or whatever
* Select that file type, and click on the Advanced button.
* Re-check "Confirm Open After Download"
* Click OK, and Internet Explorer should begin asking you again.

I hope that solves your problem. If you feel that anything in this
answer is unclear, then please feel free to ask for clarification
before rating it.
