Hi -

While there are no studies showing that SAMe (otherwise known as
S-adenosyl-L-methionine, or s-adenosyl-methionine) works as an
anticoagulant, there are two studies that suggest that it can
interfere with platelet aggregation (platelets are a particulate
substance in blood that glom together to form a 'patch' over holes in
blood vessels; they also play a role in clotting blood and can
pathologically be involved in atherosclerosis and other blood clot
disorders). Thus, by disrupting platelet aggregation, SAMe could
potentially cause easy bruising.

This study reports that administration of SAMe inhibits platelet
aggregation in rats:

This study shows that SAMe can interfere with the ability of platelets
to produce substance invovlved in inflammation and clotting:

Easy bruising can be a symptom of many other medical disorders, some
of them serious. It might be worth your time to consult with a
licenced medical practitioner to discuss all of your medications and
health conditions to determine the cause of your easy bruising.
