The answer I received is not what I was looking for in my request. 
This answer gave me everything I already knew about cellulite!

I realize that there are many, many creams on the market which claim
to fight cellulite.  I do believe there are some which can help the
texture of the skin.  That's why I needed someone to do research for
me on specific cellulite creams which have Retinol in them.  If they
also contain AHA/BHA (for sunscreen) that would be an added plus.  I
just don't have the time to look at a million ads for these creams. 
That's why I was willing to pay $15 for the research.  I didn't want
information on cellulite.  I hope I'm being clear.

It seems that creams and many other methods that claimed to eliminate
cellulite are not very effective:

Thus  - same as with weight-losing methods -  a money-back guarantee
is either very unlikely or restricted by fine print that makes it nigh
impossible to claim.

But don't let that put off anyone's attempting to find the requested cream.
