I'm looking for some information regarding the sport betting world
(and some general information regarding the eGambling in general).
All the information must backed up with solid sources.

The information I need is:

1. What is the annual turnover (including past years, present and
predictions) for the sport betting world? (including the growth
predictions)

2. Who are the major players in the sport betting in the world (for
each continental: Europe, US, Asia). I would like to have some
information regarding these web-sites: market value (if public), place
of operation, number of players, financial information, marketing
expenses and average user losses)

3. What is the average user loss?  What is the period that user is
continue using each web-site?

4. How many users are registered to eGaming sites (casino, poker,
sport betting) and how many users are registered to sport betting
sites?

5. What are the popular payment methods in the sport betting world?
(what is most common? such as Credit Cards, Neteller, etc.)

6. What is the percentage of sport betting users which come from
affiliates (other web sites that refer the user to the sport betting
site)?

7. Market segmentaion by location/country: Where are the larger sport
betting communities? in which country the gamblers spend more money?
penetration percentage? etc.

I will tip for detailed answers... ;-)

Let's change it a bit:
What I need to know is what is the number of ACTIVE users in the sport
betting web-sites (globally, and I will appreciate if you can make
some geographically segmentation) and what is the ARPU (average
revenue per user / average loss per user). As a bonus I would also
appreciate if you can state how many users comes from affiliation.

I hope this meet the $200 question criteria... ;-)
