I am a woman who wants to lose 20 pounds without starving to death.
1.What will you do to help me lose the weight? How many days per week
will we train and why? What should I eat?

2.I am a twenty year old man who wants to gain weight and build
muscle. How will you help me do it? What routines, sets, reps, and
diets will we use?

3.. I'm a thirty year old man who wants to tone up. What kind of
program(EXERCISES, REPS, ROUTINE) and diet is best for me? How many
days each week should I train and what should I eat?

All are average weight and size, these answers must be a general
terms. IT is important to be very detailed when it comes to the
workout routine, reps ,sets exercises

I need some information 1st. How tall are you and what is your body
weight. Also do you know your approx. body fat %. Also what is your
body type, are you a large frame or small frame. One last thing where
do your carry your extra weight hips, legs, stomach etc..... thanks in
