something wrong or logged in to another account name? I paid money
with a credit card, too. Thanks. I'm willing to pay just to get the
answer to that! It's pretty important, the question asked.

It's also important to note that although you gave your credit card
information, you are not charged (except the 50¢ listing fee) until a
Researcher posts in the "Answer Box."  --Don't confuse "Requests for
Clarification" and "Comments" with an official answer.

Link us (in a Clarification) to the question you are trying to get
answered and we'll attempt to either answer it, or explain why it's
sitting unanswered..

Cynthia, I won't be charged. I'll go back and do it again.

Yes, perhaps. But I re-posted, and if that's the case, I have two out there.

Regardless, can't somebody please answer my question? I've assigned it
appropriatetly to the computer section and paid $20.
