Different online services such as http://www.alamode.com/ and
http://www.myers.com/ provide real estate professionals with the
capability to set up and maintain their own sites, which is
administered ultimately by the service on the back end -- and where
they get their money. These things can cost up to $1,000+ annually,
but offer databases and other linked functionality that all real
estate pros, from mortgage types to appraisers, can leverage and would
spend endless time and money trying to build on their own. I need 4-5
additional, reliable options for my mortgage broker client to choose
from besides alamode and Myers. Actually, my client does the
brokering, lending, appraising and even inspection... so the choice
has to be a comprehensive one. I tried the alamode version but asked
for a refund when they couldn't accommodate anything but Internet
Exporer for the browser. I use a G5 Mac and would be doing all the
work through Safari or Mozilla, etc. This is a key consideration. Can
you help me please? This is rather urgent time-wise. Thank you |
