taweyah-ga,
I'm not going to post this as an answer (hence, you won't be charged)
since I'm not very well-versed in website design, or the techniques
used to fool search engines.
From what I understand though, a site might be stuffed with
non-related terms for two key reasons:
--to attract certain searchers, such as those who might be searching
for the phrase [e.g. vitaly zakouto ]
--to avoid being automatically identified as a spam-site. If a site
contains only certain terms related to undesirable activities, e.g,
gambling or pornography, many search engines will downgrade it as they
index the web. By adding non-related terms -- particularly news items
-- some sites hope to increase their visibility to the search engines.
I suspect this is the only reason that Zakouto's name appears on some
of the sites you've seen. However, it's only my best guess, and I
can't be 100% certain of this.
Sorry to hear of the loss of your friend. From the little I read of
this case, she sounded like a sterling person.
Let me know if there's anything else I can do for you on this.
