In December 2005, the German Trademark Office issued a ruling

of ruling and a translation of conclusion. Trademark Website is at
http://www.dpma.de/index.htm but other sites may be needed.

Dear ggorman,

Those texts are obviously not available online. Therefore, I have just
contacted the German Patent and Trademark Office and asked them to
provide me the documents. I will let you know about the result of my
request and, should they send me the texts, translate them for you.

Regards,
Scriptot
